You’re a passionate Platform Engineer who wants to work in a modern, tech-driven environment with flexibility and freedom.

You enjoy collaborating in teams, taking ownership, and approaching problems with an open mind. Creating real value for users and customers is at the core of how you work, and you’re comfortable working close to the business and its stakeholders.

Maybe you’re just starting to explore the consulting world — or maybe you’ve been in it for a while and are ready for something new. Either way, that’s not what matters most to us.

What matters is that you’re a skilled developer with a few years of experience, driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in modern tech companies. You want to build things that make a difference — and help businesses grow.

🔹 Your experience

• Several years of experience building and running platforms or infrastructure for development

• Strong understanding of container-based environments and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar)

• Built and improved CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation at scale

• Solid understanding of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and production environments

• Experience improving developer experience and reducing friction in development workflows

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, architects, and business stakeholders

• Ability to take ownership of the bigger picture – from idea to working platform

• Understands the connection between technology, delivery speed, and business value

🔥 Bonus (nice to have)

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)

• Worked with security, identity, and secrets management in cloud environments

• Interest in standardization, platform-as-a-product, and self-service

• Experience driving change, setting direction, or taking a lead role

• Enjoys sharing knowledge (internally or externally)
