Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist for an assignment at our banking client. The role involves co-developing a dedicated AI infrastructure for HR together with the client’s team, while also providing hands-on training and mentorship. The goal is to build internal capabilities, enable operational independence, and transition existing AI models into a newly developed environment.

As a consultant, you will work closely with the business, acting as a technical expert and advisor. The focus is on establishing sustainable and scalable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Mandatory requirements

Candidates must demonstrate at least 5+ years of relevant experience and be able to verify the following:

GCP tools: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run

ML frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras

Generative AI & LLMs: Gemini, LangChain, Hugging Face

Python programming: ML pipeline development & debugging

Data processing: Pandas, NumPy

Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn

Development environment: Jupyter Notebooks, model experimentation

Responsible AI: Monitoring, governance, fairness, explainability

Version control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD workflows

Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, knowledge transfer, and a team-oriented mindset

Meritorious qualifications

It is considered an advantage if the candidate has experience in:

MLOps: Lifecycle tools and automation

Microsoft Power Platform: Basic experience or integration understanding

DevOps & Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Exposure to DevOps practices and IaC
