🛠️ Your experience – AI Builder / AI Engineer

• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar)

• Experience building AI-powered applications end-to-end (not just models)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source models)

• Experience with one or more of:

  • RAG systems

  • Vector databases / embeddings

  • AI agents / orchestration frameworks

• Experience integrating AI into real products via APIs and backend services

• Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation and iteration of AI systems

• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)

• Comfortable working in modern dev environments (Git, CI/CD, containers)

• Ability to move from idea → prototype → production

• Strong interest in connecting AI to real business value

Bonus:

• Experience with fine-tuning / model optimization

• Experience building internal AI tools or automation flows

• Experience working close to product/business stakeholders
